How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Germany is free from €100, international from €150.
When will my order arrive?
Pieces we have in stock ship within 1–3 working days. Some pieces we make individually for you, which takes about 1–2 weeks. If you're in a hurry, just write to us.
Can I return or exchange?
You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt; you bear the cost of return shipping yourself. When withdrawing, you can state right away that you would like an exchange instead. Excluded are custom-made pieces and B-grade items.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
You can cancel as long as the goods haven't been shipped yet. For changes, for example to color or address, write to us as soon as possible via the contact form.
I run a studio. Are there special terms?
Yes. With Lou’s Partner Club, your community gets 10% off and you get 10% commission. For larger order quantities there is a separate offer; it's best to write to Louisa personally.
